History of Final Aim, Inc.
Final Aim celebrates its 4th anniversary on December 20, 2023. I launched Final Aim with Yasu, Co-Founder & CDO, to compete on a global scale seriously, and with the support of many people, we have celebrated our 4th anniversary. I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your support.
Since our founding in December 2019, we have been selected for the Berkeley SkyDeck accelerator at UC Berkeley, received angel funding from serial entrepreneur Tom Moss and Craig Tegel, former President of Adobe Northern Europe, and received an award at the Stanford University Innovation showcase at Stanford University.

2019
Final Aim Inc. was founded in Japan on December 20, 2019.
2020.
November: Started joint research with Sony Design Consulting
2021
January: Nikkei BP published an article about Final Aim and Sony Design Consulting.
September: Co-Founder & CDO Mr. Yokoi was featured in Design Magazine “AXIS”.
November: Autodesk and Final Aim jointly exhibited at formnext, a 3D printer exhibition in Germany.
2022
April: Final Aim’s U.S. subsidiary is established. Inversion is implemented, and the structure becomes U.S. headquarters and Japan branch office.
May: Co-Founder & CDO Yasu spoke at Autodesk’s event in New Orleans.
June: Launched TACHI, a generative AI and blockchain technology Design project.
September: Selected for Berkeley SkyDeck (Batch15/IPP), an accelerator at UC Berkley.
2023
January: Selected for Plug and Play Japan accelerator
February: RAMP project with Panasonic Corporation
February: “Most likely to be Unicorn” award at Berkeley SkyDeck (Batch 15/IPP) at UC Berkeley.
April: Lecture at Plug and Play Tech Center in the U.S.
April: RePLAMO, designed by Co-Founder & CDO Yokoi, won the “Social Products Award 2023.
May: Business alliance with Uchida Samejima & Associates
June: Angel investment from Craig Tegel, former Adobe Northern Europe Managing Director.
June: Invitation to the U.S. Embassy in Japan
June: Winner of the Innovation showcase at the Japan-US Innovation Awards, co-sponsored by the Japan Society of Northern California and Stanford University’s Center for Technology Management Research in Asia, from which only five companies are selected annually.
July: Rob Kazmarek of Berkeley SkyDeck at UC Berkeley becomes an advisor to Final Aim.
July: Faculty member at UC Berkeley Naeem Zafar becomes advisor to Business and Financial.
July: Dr. Shinichiro Matsuo of Georgetown University appointed as Technical Advisor
July: Former World Bank and Intel Senior Executive Officer Jeep Kline of UC Berkeley appointed to Board of Advisors.
August: Angel investment from Tom Moss, a serial entrepreneur from Google who raised funds from a16z.
August: Angel investment from Silicon Valley attorney James Prenton
September: Takahiro Baba, a former system development manager at Recruit and senior executive officer at Monster Labs, join.
September: Speaker at TechCrunch Disrupt 2023 in San Francisco, U.S.
September: Pitch at World Economic Forum in San Francisco, USA.
October: Discussed with Caroline Winnett, Executive Director of Berkeley SkyDeck, at a JETRO event as Alumni of Berkeley SkyDeck.
October: Adopted by Alchemist X, a Silicon Valley accelerator
November: Adopted by Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub after meeting with Microsoft U.S. Corporation at TechCrunch Disrupt 2023
November: Developed a platform to support generative AI design and applied for a patent.

About Final Aim
Final Aim has been driving the global adoption of blockchain and smart contracts technologies in industrial design and manufacturing. In November 2021, the company announced the beta version of its blockchain platform, “Final Chain.”
In April 2022, the company established its headquarters in the United States. In September of the same year, Final Aim was accepted into “Berkeley SkyDeck,” a world-renowned Silicon Valley startup accelerator. In February 2023, it was also chosen as “The Most Likely to Become the Next Unicorn” within the Berkely SkyDeck program. In June 2023, the company won the “Japan-US Innovation Awards — Innovation Showcase,” a co-program by the Japan Society of Northern California and the Stanford University US-Asia Technology Management Center.
